What transport services can I enquire about?
Direct and express transport, general cargo, part and full loads, and regular business transport. We are also happy to review special requirements with you.
What information do you need for a quote?
Collection and delivery locations, preferred date, and the type, number, dimensions and total weight of packages. Information about dangerous goods, temperature control or a required tail lift helps us assess your request.
Is collection at short notice possible?
Contact us directly by phone or email. Feasibility depends on the route, shipment, date and available vehicle capacity.
Do you transport goods outside Germany?
Yes, you can enquire about transport across Europe. We will agree the specific route and all required details with you personally.
What is a loading metre?
A loading metre is one metre of loading space across the full vehicle width of around 2.40 m. A Euro pallet (120 × 80 cm) takes up 0.4 loading metres. If your pallets can be stacked, the space required is reduced accordingly.
Which vehicle suits my shipment?
It depends on weight, volume, number of pallets and the loading and unloading situation. Please note: the tonnage refers to the maximum authorised gross weight, not the payload. Based on your shipment details, we recommend the right vehicle.
